About the group
Formulassist Group brings technical assistance, software and electronics, and automotive engineering together under a single organisation.
The organisation is built around a simple philosophy: ambitious ideas deserve the engineering, creativity and technical assistance needed to move towards reality. Each division works in its own field, and they collaborate across projects where it makes sense to.
The founder is responsible for the overall group. Each division has a designated lead.

Technical assistance and client projects
The group's client-facing division. Formulassist provides technical assistance, engineering support and digital services, and takes on client-oriented projects.

Where the group works on software, electronics, artificial intelligence and emerging technologies. Techassist is the home of EDITH Phase-1, McQueen AI and JARVIS.

Automotive design and vehicle development
The group's automotive division, covering automotive design, development and mechanical engineering, with ambitions in vehicle manufacturing. Its first vehicle project is FA 33.
